In this practice we will chant 108 times or if you do it without this video you can chant 5 - 10 minutes.

We do this practice quite slowly because it’s quite a long time to chant at first. This prevents the chanting to go to only mechanical repetition and you can be behind every OM.

Focus is between your eyebrows and eyes lightly closed so that your mind won’t wander around the environment. If there is a need to do it eyes open get a steady target to your sight. After chanting give yourself time enjoy the energy and be same as OM.

To count 108 times you can use a Mala with 54 or 108 beans and chant one bead at the time. There are also counter apps to your phone. Or use a timer and set it up to 5 - 10 minute. And of course use this video ( it’s downloadable) and chant with me. It’s also downloadable as audio.

You learn to chant effortlessly so don’t force yourself. Feel free to practice this also alone to find your own easy effortless rhythm.
