You can learn to silence your mind from the usual amount of thoughts there goes. It will serve you by better focus and ability to create.
Mind can be silenced
Mind has thoughts certain times in a minute and most of them are useless. You need to practice to first be able to use your mind focused enough to be able to easily create in your life. That’s where your mind is meant to be used.
Day dreaming, visions, creative ideas are how you can use your mind for creating your life to better direction. The overwhelming amount of thoughts going around with no direction, fears, visions of hell are the state nobody wants to be inside their mind.
You need to learn to silence your mind and from that state of silence comes creativity to your life. From that state comes ideas how you want to live and proceed in your life. And from that state of mind you are able to connect with Divine.
In this state your emotions are also in balance and you feel healthy and balanced and you are able to act and do your daily tasks easily with light focus of your mind. I have done this taking the mind to my control with many different methods and it has given ability to work and create lightly focused even the whole long day. I enjoy my life in this state of mind more. In this state of mind comes also the teachings from Divine to you.
Imagine yourself driving a car and your mind is too much "somewhere else". There is heavy traffic on the road. Are you able to react in that state of mind if something sudden happens like the car in front of you pulls the breaks suddenly. The honest answer is NO!
To get your mind to lightly focused state and eventually stay in that state longer you can do it with this simple exercise. Close your eyes and focus to your breath lightly. Then take 3 long and deep breaths, inhale and exhale deep but slowly. Then focus for awhile to your breath just let it happen. This short simple exercise will do it.
