Health and being healthy is important part of your life. We all want to live healthy life.

There are times in my life when I feel tired and my emotions are not in balance and and my mind is full of visions of human hell. These times I choose short meditation or just sitting down with a cup of tea (it is meditative for me).

I do this because I understand that when I am not in balance I can get sick more easily and if I don't get to balance my body which is wise will put me to rest. This way I stay healthy.

When you do a short meditation you balance your mind body system and the energy of yours floats balanced in your energy system.

Health is your wealth because when you are sick or feel ill you can't enjoy your life. If your emotions are not in balance or your mind is in overwhelming state you can’t enjoy your life. When you are in balance you can.

Health is not just physical health and living without illnesses and diseases. It is also your emotional balance and balanced mind. It is balance in your physical body and it’s functions and balance also in the other energy bodies which are outside your skin. And they are there even they can’t be seen with your eyes.

In healthy life you are satisfied to your life, to what you do and to the relationships in your life. You live in balance with yourself and have an aim and focus in your life. Your life needs to have a meaning you need to know who you are and what you want from your life. That is health too not only the absence of illness.

With a short daily meditation or chanting session you can balance your balance your energy system and stay healthy. And if you happen to get sick you recover from it more quickly. Advances of practicing chanting and meditation.

There are times during the year when it’s easier to get sick, sensitive times of the change of energy. These times are when the season changes like from spring to summer, summer to autumn, autumn to winter and winter to spring. Each season has it’s own energy and when it changes your energy in your body changes too. Be aware of this fact and give yourself more time and meditate more. And you stay healthy.

Here is a simple practice for you. Sit down and close your eyes lightly. Focus first to your breath and let it just happen like it happens. Then take a one deep breath in and out. Chant OM three times strongly. Stay there a moment and be aware. Open your eyes and continue your day.
